Top 10 CRM tools in India 2026

1Zoho CRM — Best for small to medium enterprise businesses

Zoho crm's landing page

Source: zoho.com

Best for: Best for small to medium enterprise businesses that need advanced features without enterprise costs.

Pricing: Zoho CRM has a free plan up to 3 users; paid plans start at Standard ₹800/user/month, Professional ₹1,400/user/month, and Enterprise ₹2,400/user/month. See our Zoho CRM pricing guide for what each tier includes

Why consider it: When we have evaluated the platform, its core functionality, like contacts and relationship management, is stronger, with modules for contacts, email connections, and deals. For AI features, we have Zia, which connects to the workspace like LLMs, can instantly retrieve data, and can also observe activities and predict sales actions.

What makes it different: For me, customization is the main differentiator. Zoho CRM isn't just about adding contacts and moving deals through a pipeline. I can change fields, modules, workflows, layouts, scoring rules, and processes to fit a particular sales operation. Higher editions add more advanced process-management and AI capabilities

Reviews:

It's a fantastic piece of software (or pieces) but zoho has a unique way of doing things. It can definitely do what you want it to do but sometimes finding how to do that thing is super difficult. Also each app often has different ways of doing the same thing. - Reddit

I like Zoho CRM because it is easy to customize, keeps customer information organized, and provides useful automation and integrations that make daily sales activities more efficient. - G2

Scalability: Zoho CRM is good for scalability when you are growing from a small to a medium-sized enterprise business, which is supported by the Reddit comments as well.

I have been with Zoho for almost 10 years now and I watched successful implementation for companies with over 500 employees multiple times.  - Reddit

Not ideal for: Zoho CRM is not ideal for teams that don't have a dedicated admin team because Zoho CRM needs technical support to set up various sales processes.

2Freshsales — Best for small and medium enterprise businesses

Freshsales's landing page

Source: freshworks.com

Best for: Best for small and medium-sized enterprise businesses that need an easy-to-use CRM without complex setup.

Pricing: The free plan in Freshsales has been replaced with a 21-day free trial. Now the updated pricing is Growth ₹749/user/month, Pro ₹3,239/user/month, Enterprise ₹4,899/user/month.

Why consider it: When I evaluated their core functionality, I found 360-degree contact views, like email histories, past purchases, call histories, and website visits. Freshcaller is an added advantage for the sales team to connect with your prospects.

What makes it different: Freddy AI in the CRM system, which acts as an agent where you can create various agents and feed detailed docs and instructions to work on specific tasks.

Reviews:

If you're expecting HubSpot features at a third of the cost, you'll be disappointed. It's more like 70% of HubSpot at 50% of the cost. - Reddit

Freshsales is easy to use and everything is in one place. I like the lead tracking and email follow-ups, it saves time and keeps things organized. The pipeline view also helps me clearly see deals and focus on the important ones. - G2

Scalability: Freshsales is good for small and medium-sized teams, but when you start creating complex sales processes and reports, the bottleneck starts.

the reporting is janky. Custom reports break randomly and support just tells you to rebuild them from scratch. - Reddit

Not ideal for: If you are growing and require complex sales processes and need deep reporting, you need to look into other options in the list.

3Pipedrive — Best for sales only team with clean UI

Pipedrive landing page

Source:pipedrive.com

Best for: If you need a clean UI and an easy-to-adopt CRM, this is one of the options to look for.

Pricing: There is no free plan in Pipedrive. Paid plans start from Lite ~₹1,345/user/month, Growth ~₹3,746/user/month, Premium ~₹5,668/user/month, and Ultimate ~₹7,589/user/month

Why consider it: Pipedrive has strong core functionality and is easy to navigate, making it easy to adopt. Pipedrive has built-in calling and an option to connect your WhatsApp. This is able to connect all the important touchpoints points of prospect. Pipedrive's AI features: next actions, AI email creation, and AI-assisted report making help to save you time in your sales process.

What makes it different: I would say two things that make a difference are: one, the lead inbox, where Pipedrive provides the lead prospector where you identify the right prospects inside the system. Two, their AI-powered business card scanner, which supports entering offline event prospects into the system by scanning their business card.

Reviews:

Pipedrive just worked. set it up in an afternoon, the pipeline made sense, the reps didn't complain, which is about the highest praise a CRM ever gets. - Reddit

I appreciate how Pipedrive keeps track of leads, contacts, and conversations all in one place, giving me a clear view of where each opportunity stands. I like how visual and straightforward it is, allowing me to open the pipeline and immediately understand what's happening without digging through different screens or reports. The initial setup was fairly easy. - G2

Scalability: Pipedrive is a good option if you are a sales-heavy business. If you're planning to have multi department sales strucuture pipedrive is not a scalable option.

If you’re sales-heavy, Pipedrive wins hands down. It delivers more sales functionality per dollar, per seat than almost anything else on the market. It was built as a sales CRM first with feedback from actual sales professionals, and it shows. - Reddit

Not ideal for: Pipedrive is not ideal for marketing-heavy teams and also for large enterprise teams.

4SparrowCRM — Best AI native platform for small and medium businesses

SparrowCRM's landing page

Best for: If you need an AI-native CRM for everyday sales activities, without the high cost of traditional CRMs.

Pricing: SparrowCRM has a free plan for 3 users. Paid plans start at Growth ~₹1,825/user/month and Pro ~₹4,707/user/month.

Why consider it: SparrowCRM has AI-native features that support sales reps in increasing face time with clients. SparrowCRM core features are contact management, deals, and Agent Zulie, which is connected to the workspace and supports instant insights on the sales activities happening in the entire workspace.

What makes it different: SparrowCRM's main difference is deals lost analysis, which supports the team in understanding the holes in the sales process.

Reviews:

UX is really good - for some coming out of hubspot - its very clear to understand what to do next. Their pricing is very competitive to hubspot, we were able to reduce 70% of the cost - with more AI usage. Support is amazing. AI in every step - which is good for a sales rep since it reduces a lot of manual effort. - G2

I found it quite easy to use. I previously used Hubspot, but it felt a bit outdated. SparrowCRM’s UI and overall experience are quite intuitive, which made it simple to get started. I'm also new to AI features and Agents in a CRM but it felt quite well integrated. - G2

Scalability: If you are a sales-heavy team growing from small to medium business, SparrowCRM is a good option.

Not ideal for: If you are large enterprise and need CRM to combine sales and marketing activities, SparrowCRM is not the right option

5Bigin by Zoho — Best for sales team moving from spreadsheet

Zoho Bigin landing page

Source:bigin.com

Best for: If you're a sales team moving from a spreadsheet, Bigin by Zoho is the best option.

Pricing: Bigin has a free plan. Paid plans start at Express ₹400/user/month, Premier ₹720/user/month, and Bigin 360 ₹1,080/user/month.

Why consider it: Bigin gives you the basics you need to move beyond spreadsheets: contact management, pipeline management, and automation. It can also help you keep track of follow-ups that are easy to miss when sales activities are managed manually.

What makes it different: Bigin keeps things simple for small, founder-led teams that mainly need a place to manage customer information, track deals, and stay on top of their sales activities without setting up a complex CRM.

Reviews:

I like bigin so far. Pretty cheap. Lots of features. - Reddit

We recently started using Bigin by Zoho to manage our sales pipeline and customer interactions, and it’s been very easy to understand. It doesn’t require extensive training to get up and running, which made adoption straightforward for our team. - G2

Scalability: This is not a good option if you are scaling beyond 10 people in your team, because of basic pipeline management and contact management. Moving to Zoho CRM after out grown Bigin is the best option

I have been a Bigin user for a few months but I think I would better using the main ZOHO platform. - Reddit

Not ideal for: This CRM is not ideal for sales team which is more 10 member. Need to look o

6Superleap — Best for enterprise sales teams

Superleap crm's landing page

Source: superleap.com

Best for: Sales teams who have enterprise sales workflows in industries like healthcare and Banking, financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).

Pricing: Superleap doesn't have transparency around its pricing. Contact sales for pricing.

Why consider it: If you need to handle complex sales processes and multi-department functions, this is a good option. Superleap, as an enterprise, features an automated lead capture system from websites and a multi-communication system that connects WhatsApp, SMS, IVRS, and RCS.

What makes it different: Superleap is built to support enterprise sales teams, but what makes it stand out is its objection and keyword detection. It captures objections raised during sales conversations, helping reps identify common concerns and prepare better responses for handling them.

Reviews:

What I like best about Superleap is how easy it makes managing leads and customer interactions in one place. The interface is simple to navigate, and it helps keep the entire sales process organized without making things complicated. I especially like the ease of tracking leads, following up, and keeping the team aligned. - G2

As a CRM, I love the way it supports integrations through code, along with AI-enabled assistance for writing that code and related tasks. The AI call insights are a top-notch feature.

Superleap makes our work easier by keeping all information in one place, which helps us stay organized and consistent. It’s useful for tracking leads, pulling reports, updating data, and reducing manual work. Overall, the automated processes and dashboards save time and improve efficiency across the team. - G2

Scalability: Superleap is scalable in terms of sales process and complexity; it scores high standards, but since the pricing is not transparent, it feels difficult to evaluate the scalability.

Not ideal for: Teams looking for a simple CRM that’s quick and easy to set up.

7LeadSquared — Best for business handles a high volume of leads

lead squared landing page

Source: leadsquared.com

Best for: If your business handles a high volume of leads and needs structured lead management, automation, and sales follow-ups.

Pricing: LeadSquared starts at ₹1,250/user/month for Lite, followed by ₹2,500/user/month for Pro and ₹5,000/user/month for Super.

Why consider it: LeadSquared is built around managing leads throughout the sales process. You can capture leads, assign them to sales reps, track activities, automate follow-ups, and monitor the sales pipeline from one place.

What makes it different: Its focus on high-volume sales and lead management is what stands out. It is particularly suited to businesses with multiple lead sources, sales teams, and structured follow-up processes. G2 lists education and financial services among its common industries.

Reviews:

LeadSquared definitely has a good rep in the real estate scene, especially for lead management and automation. - Reddit

It's simple and easy to use. It helps to keep the track of leads and sales. The interface is straightforward and simple and easy to work. I can find what I need quickly, and it really helps me stay organized and on top of my work. Also, it saves me time and makes my daily tasks way easier. - G2

Scalability: LeadSquared can scale with growing sales teams and higher lead volumes, making it suitable for businesses that need more structured lead management as their sales operations expand.

Not ideal for: Teams looking for a lightweight CRM with simple pricing and a quick setup. LeadSquared is more suited to businesses with larger lead volumes

8Salesmate — Best for all-in-platform under budget

Salesmate's home page

Source: salesmate.io

Best for: If your business needs marketing, sales, and customer support all under budget, this is a good option.

Pricing: Paid plan starts at Basic ~₹2,209/user/month, Pro ~₹3,746/user/month, and Business ~₹6,052/user/month

Why consider it: Salesmate brings sales, marketing, and customer support into three connected hubs, giving teams a 360-degree view of customers. It includes email, native calling, and SMS, so sales reps can connect with customers through their preferred channels. It also stands out as one of the more affordable options if you want all three hubs in one platform.

What makes it different: AI agents Sakara and Sandy make a difference in Salesmate. Sandy AI performs tasks in the workspace by giving a prompt like "create the meeting", "create the note", and "delete the contact".

Reviews:

Salesmate.io is really good for small businesses - Reddit

My favorite part of Salesmate is its flexible pipeline and built-in task system, which fits our indie game studio’s partnership work perfectly instead of forcing us into standard sales workflows. I can fully customize each deal stage to match our process for publishers, streamers and conference collaborations. - G2

Scalability: If you are a small team growing to a medium-sized team, you need it for marketing, sales, and customer support all together; this works well for you.

Not ideal for: Salesmate is not ideal for large enterprises' complex needs sales process

9Kylas — Best for sales team scalability

Kylas home page

Source: kylas.io

Best for: Sales teams that want a CRM with unlimited users and need to manage leads, deals, calling, WhatsApp, and sales activities from one platform.

Pricing: Kylas ' flat pricing system starts with Free ₹0, Elevate ₹12,999/month flat fee, and Exceed Custom pricing.

Why consider it: Kylas brings lead management, pipeline management, calling, WhatsApp, and sales automation together, making it useful for teams that want more than basic contact and deal tracking.

What makes it different: The flat monthly pricing with unlimited users is its biggest differentiator. Instead of paying separately for every sales rep, growing teams can add users without increasing the per-user CRM cost.

Reviews:

Pro’s : Flat pricing , Focused workflow - Reddit

What I like best about Kylas Sales CRM is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for the entire sales team to adopt and use efficiently with minimal learning time. - G2

Scalability: Kylas can scale well for growing sales teams because its paid plans support unlimited users, while businesses can move to higher plans as their CRM requirements become more advanced.

Not ideal for: Small teams that only need a basic CRM may find Kylas more than they need, especially if they don't need features such as calling, WhatsApp, and sales automation.

10Engagebay — Best for affordable all-in-one CRM

EngageBay's landing page

Source: engagebay.com

Best for: Small businesses that want sales, marketing, email campaigns, and customer support in one affordable platform.

Pricing: EngageBay has a free plan. Paid plan starts from Basic ~₹1,061/user/month, Growth ~₹4,082/user/month, and Pro ~₹6,531/user/month

Why consider it: EngageBay brings sales, marketing, and customer support together in one platform. You can manage contacts, email campaigns, sales activities, and customer support without having to buy separate tools for each function.

What makes it different: Its biggest advantage is the all-in-one approach at a lower cost. It also includes AI features such as AI email and content generation, predictive lead scoring, optimal send-time recommendations, and deal scoring.

Reviews:

EngageBay is like a budget HubSpot (not as polished but gets the job done). - Reddit

I mainly use EngageBay to manage our deals and sales pipeline, and this has been one of the most useful parts for us. I like how easy it is to see where each deal currently stands and move it to the next stage as things progress. - G2

Scalability: EngageBay can scale as a small business grows from basic CRM and marketing needs into more advanced sales automation and customer engagement. However, teams with more complex CRM structures may eventually need more customization.

Not ideal for: Businesses that need highly customized workflows or custom objects. EngageBay is better suited to teams that can work within its existing CRM structure rather than those looking to build a highly customized CRM.

A simple CRM decision framework

Ask yourself four questions:

1. How complex is your sales process?
Simple → Bigin / Pipedrive
Complex → Zoho / Superleap

2. How many leads do you manage?
Low to moderate → Bigin / SparrowCRM
High volume → LeadSquared

3. What do you want the CRM to handle?
Sales + AI → SparrowCRM
Sales + Marketing + Support → Salesmate / EngageBay

4. How will your team grow?
Per-user pricing → most CRMs
Unlimited users + flat pricing → Kylas

Bottom line

There’s no single CRM that works for every business. The right choice depends on your sales process, team size, budget, and how much complexity you need.

If you’re moving from spreadsheets, need AI for everyday sales work, manage high lead volumes, or need an all-in-one platform, the options in this list give you different paths to choose from.

Before you decide, focus on one question: Will this CRM make your sales team’s daily work easier without adding unnecessary complexity or cost?
